Interests & Hobbies
Aside from project management, data and research, there are many activities and hobbies that I truly enjoy outside my career. Take a look below to learn more about what I like to do in my spare time.
MUSIC LOVER
Besides playing the violin, I'm also an avid listener of varied genres of music. I grew up surrounded by vinyls, 8-Tracks, cassettes and CDs, as my grandfather was a DJ in his spare time. I collect vinyl records myself and love making custom playlists.
WHEELS GALORE
Aside from running, rock climbing, hiking and Pilates, there are several ways I stay active and physically fit. Two methods I love are rollerblading and cycling. I own a vintage Raleigh road bike that I love to take on trails, and a pair of rollerblades.
GAMER GIRL
While I grew up playing classic systems that were handed down through generations like Atari (2600 & 7800), NES, SNES and SEGA Genesis, I also owned PlayStation systems (1, 2 & 3), N64, Wii, GameBoy Classic and Color, and DS. I also play computer games via STEAM. My favorites are RPGs, RTS, and Puzzles.
BOOK ENTHUSIAST
From as far back as I can remember, I have always been a reader. I often read with my mother before bed as a child, and that habit has continued well into adulthood. I love reading fiction and nonfiction about society and philosophy, as well as comics and Manga.
AVID THRIFTER
Fashion and style are some of my favorite things to partake in, but I'm a strong supporter of human rights and the environment. I enjoy thrifting vintage and secondhand pieces of clothing, along with unique pieces of furniture instead of buying things new.
AMATEUR LINGUIST
My fascination with different cultures and languages stems from my childhood, having went to a primary school that had peers of many nationalities and backgrounds. With this, I developed a love for learning languages. I speak French, and I am currently learning Korean.
FELINE FAN
While I believe dogs are lovely creatures, I have a stronger adoration for cats. I'm also a fan of cat objects such as comics (Pusheen), stuffed toys and animations. I hope to be the owner of a cat very soon.
ANIMATION GROUPIE
Cartoons, Anime and animated pictures have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. From Pixar films to Anime, I enjoy watching animated TV shows and movies. My favorites are Kiki's Delivery Service, Wall-E, Sailor Moon and Tom & Jerry.
